- Answer a few simple questions about what’s going on for you (stress, anxiety, fear, etc.).
- The generator will create a custom tapping script tailored to your emotions.

Common EFT Tapping Points (If You’re New, Start Here!)
If you’re new to tapping, here’s a quick guide to the most commonly used tapping points:
- Karate Chop Point (side of hand)
- Eyebrow Point (beginning of the eyebrow)
- Side of Eye
- Under Eye
- Under Nose
- Chin Point
- Collarbone Point
- Under Arm
- Top of Head
With each point, you tap gently (5-7 times) while repeating the phrases from your script.
